Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. Just message us on WhatsApp (+90 530 225 85 59) or email [email protected] with your booking number. The time your message reaches us counts.
Late cancellation and no-show
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up are not refunded.
- At the airport our driver waits free of charge for 60 minutes from your flight's actual landing time. If we cannot reach you within that time and you have not contacted us, the transfer counts as a no-show and is not refunded.
- For pick-ups from a hotel or address, the driver waits 15 minutes from the agreed time.
Flight delays and changes
- We track your flight; delays or early arrivals cost nothing extra. Just give us the correct flight number.
- You can change the date, time or address free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up (subject to availability). If the route changes, the price difference applies.
- If your flight is cancelled, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will move your booking to a new date free of charge or refund it.
If we cancel
If we cannot carry out your transfer, you get a full refund.
How refunds are paid
- Card payments are refunded to the same card through iyzico within 14 days at the latest. The time until it shows on your account depends on your bank.
- Cash payments are made on the day of the transfer, so nothing is charged in advance.
