These terms apply between the seller below and the customer ("Customer") who books a transfer through our website or WhatsApp. The contract is made electronically when the booking is sent, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By ticking the box on the booking form the Customer confirms having read these terms and the pre-contract information.
A private (not shared) airport transfer for the route, date, time and number of passengers shown in the booking summary, in a Mercedes Vito or similar vehicle, for up to 7 passengers. Included: flight tracking, 60 minutes free waiting after landing, motorway and bridge tolls. Meet & greet at arrivals with our company sign (the guest's name is not written on the sign) is a mandatory service added to every airport transfer: 150 TL (€3 on euro-priced routes). A baby / child seat is optional at 250 TL (€5 on euro-priced routes) per seat. These extras are shown separately in the total in the booking summary. Prices are per vehicle, one way.
A booking sent through the website is a request. It becomes binding when we confirm it on WhatsApp or by email. If no vehicle is available we may decline it, and any payment already made is refunded in full.
Under article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to transport and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date. However, we give every Customer a contractual free cancellation right (see Cancellation & refunds):
We provide the service on time and safely. If a transfer cannot take place for a reason on our side, you get a full refund. We are not liable for delays or disruption caused by force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures, decisions of authorities, etc.); in such cases we agree a new time with you or refund the price.

By ticking the box and sending the booking, the Customer accepts these terms and the pre-contract information. We keep the contract and booking details and email them to the Customer on request. The Turkish version of these terms prevails.
