Istanbul Airport is a big terminal, and first-time visitors often get lost in the arrivals hall. The good news: our meeting point is fixed and easy to describe. Here is every step from leaving the aircraft to getting into the car.
1. Passport control
After leaving the aircraft, follow the signs to passport control. At busy times this can take 20-45 minutes; early mornings and late afternoons are the most crowded. Your driver will be waiting throughout, so there is no need to rush.
2. Baggage claim
After passport control you go down to baggage claim. The screens show which belt matches your flight number. If your luggage is delayed or missing, message us on WhatsApp before you go to the lost luggage office so we can brief your driver.
3. Customs and the arrivals hall
Once you pass through the green channel you come out into the arrivals hall. It is large, busy, and has many exit gates. Look at the numbers above the doors.
4. Walk to gate number 13
Our meeting point is at the exit of gate number 13. The gate number is written in large figures on the wall above the doors. Walk towards it - the signs inside the terminal will help you.
5. Look for the yellow N28 sign
At the exit of gate 13 there is a yellow board with large black letters reading "N 28 MEETING POINT". Your driver will be standing right there, holding a sign with your name on it.
The N28 board sits among the tour operator signs and is easy to spot from a distance because of its yellow colour. When you see your name, you do not need to show your passport - simply confirm your name.
What if you cannot find your driver?
Do not panic and do not leave the terminal. Just message our WhatsApp line: +90 530 225 8559. We will send you the driver's exact position and phone number.
Never go with anyone who approaches you inside the terminal asking if you are looking for a transfer. Your driver will not come looking for you - he waits at the N28 point with your name on a sign.
A few things worth knowing
- We track your flight by its number. If it is delayed, your driver comes for the new landing time at no extra cost.
- You have 60 minutes of free waiting after the aircraft lands. If passport control or baggage takes longer, just let us know.
- Our vehicles carry 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases.
- You can pay the driver in cash (Turkish Lira, Euro, US Dollar, British Pound) or online by card when you book.
